TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited from eligible bidders for running the Boy’s and Girl’s Hostel Mess of Centre
for Computers and Communication Technology (CCCT) Polytechnic, Chisopani, South Sikkim for a
period of two years. The minimum qualification of the Bidder should be as under:
- Minimum 5 years experience of running Mess/Canteen in Educational Institutions/Government
Departments/PSUs or should have passed Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering
Technology from a recognized Institute. With minimum 5 years work experience. Certificate for
the same to be submitted.
- The bidder should possess a valid Trade License and Firm Registration Certificate for Catering
Services issued by the Government of Sikkim.
- Preference will be given to COI/Sikkim Subject Holders.

Sealed tenders must be submitted to the office of the Directorate of Technical Education, Gangtok or
Principal, CCCT, including a Demand Draft of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) drawn in favor of
Principal, CCCT, payable at Jorethang, on 17 th , 18 th and 19 th December 2018 during working hours.
Tender will be opened at Directorate of Technical Education, Gangtok, in presence of bidders, who
choose to attend, on 21 st Dec 2018 at 2 pm.
The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reasons thereof.
Note: Previously blacklisted contractors need not apply.
